Iran is avoiding an all out war with Israel allies who are moving military assets to the region to defend Israel. Israel is causing troubles because of the unconditional support and assurance it receives from the West. Iran can only use proxies to attack Israel at this time since the killing of Hamas leader inside Iran was done by Mossad agents inside Iran it wasn't a direct military attack by Israeli military that should provoke a direct military response from Iran. Leave the West out of it and Israel is nothing we all know that.
