Igbos celebrated their cultural day in Massachusetts.

Ndigbo takes their culture and traditions with them anywhere they go to.... They're hardworking and high achieving... Irrespective of the few bad eggs they're still recognized for their love of knowledge, education and industrialization.

Below post from USA citizens appreciating the the Igbo culture.

If you’re White, especially a White American, I want to talk with you.

These are images of Igbo tribe members of Nigeria; they were celebrating the Igbo Day Festival in Boston, Massachusetts.

It’s so easy, as a White person, to lump all Black people into the same group.

It’s strange to see Black people in traditional garments because the cultures of various Africans seem so different.

If you’re able to look past the color of these peoples’ skin, the colors of these peoples’ clothes, you will find that the Igbo people, they’re Nigerian, and the other tribes of Nigeria are some of the most educated groups of people in the United States.

Nigerian Americans earn more, per capita, than White Americans.

I’m not woke, in any way, but I am smart enough to recognize groups that achieve success and it seems that success is derived, at its core, from deep familial bonds.

What’s the point of celebrating Igbo culture abroad when so many back home are struggling? It feels like a disconnect, flaunting traditions in a foreign land while ignoring the issues we face daily in Nigeria. Maybe we should focus on uplifting our people instead of parading around for the world to see. Celebrating culture is one thing, but let's not forget the reality of our situation.

recognizing and acknowledging your culture tends to strengthen the family unit by coming together and celebrating what you stand for. Having a healthy family unit also strengthen our nation for prosperity and excellence. The pictures brings smiles to my face and for many others. Cheers to Igbo culture!! Together we stand!
