President Bola Tinubu's Achievements In The Power Sector Are Unmatched by blamingthedevil(op): 7:46am On Aug 13, 2024
President Bola Tinubu's achievements in the power sector are unparalleled, with the strategic introduction of price modulation and band pricing significantly enhancing the revenue and liquidity of distribution companies. This improvement has strengthened their ability to pay the transmission company, which in turn ensures the reliability of payments to generation companies and gas suppliers.

Although placing an accountant at the helm of the power sector initially raised eyebrows, the decision has yielded the desired outcomes, resulting in an unprecedented level of stability that now allows Nigerians to enjoy an average of 20 hours of electricity daily. This remarkable advancement builds on the foundation laid by President Buhari's investments in transmission through the Siemens power sector project.

In sharp contrast, despite the substantial oil revenue windfalls during the Obasanjo, Yaradua, and Jonathan administrations, the years of waste under PDP governments from 1999 to 2015 led to only power supply instability, widespread poverty, deteriorating infrastructure, and rampant insecurity. The emergence of APC governments has brought much-needed relief to Nigerians, marked by unparalleled investments in infrastructure, security, and reforms that have set a new benchmark in the nation’s history.

God Bless Federal Republic of Nigeria

Since the governments of OBJ, Yaradua, GEJ and so on, electricity always improved during the rainy season.

There is nothing in this write up that suggests any major improvement in the generation sector that will keep the seasonal electricity improvement stable.

So wait till the dry season when the water levels at the dams reduce before singing Agbado praises.

Bul@ba has nothing to offer, he has been demystified.

obvious you are just like all of them, blind follower with little thinking capacity but full of baseless praises
if at all you are experiencing improved supply, it has nothing to do with the party, on the other hand, this administration has not proven that it has solutions to the nation's numerous challenges. talking of past administrations, you forgot to list buhari's regime as part of the power sector problem.
praising this admin is childish and premature furthermore you failed to support your post with facts and figures, all you did was cast a blanket of praises cuz your area is enjoying supply but are you aware of numerous areas still living in darkness.
please let's be objective and factual when it comes to scoring regimes.

Where do you live? How many times have rain fall at your location since last month? Here in Lagos, I don't even remember the last time I have seen rain fall

Nigeria rely mostly on gas to generate power

There is a period called “August break” during the rainy season in Nigeria.

Re: President Bola Tinubu's Achievements In The Power Sector Are Unmatched by DeLaRue:
Throughout last week, we had electricity at the office all day.

Same thing through out yesterday.

Today, they brought the light about 30 minutes ago.

Electricity has improved markedly in recent weeks.

Too early to celebrate though.

Even this wet season I have no seen any improvement n I support Tinubu make nobody de deceive anybody.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu as been a failure in all areas of governance. No sugarcoating performance will be allowed if Hausa Fulani in Buhari can not make Nigeria beta

If Yoruba Bola Tinubu too can not whether we like it or not Igbos with the Peter Obi who I hate with passion must be allowed by fire by force to try let see what they can do.

We do not have to keep cycling in failure out of hatred if an Igbo can beta the lot of the country.

If Tinubu can not increased power generation from the present 4-5K MG to 10 MG within his first 4 years bro he is a complete failure n he is failing massively already as we speak.

Lol I learn't about August break in Geography, in junior secondary school (middle school).

I told OP to wait till dry season and you asked when last I saw the rain, inferring that you thought the rainy season was over.

It's a bit of a surprise you didn't know about August break till today

But it's nothing to be ashamed of, we learn every day.

Just don't be arrogant especially when you're ignorant because that makes you a fool.

Water level doesn't go down immediately rain stops. It stays up for several more months until January harmattan it starts drying up. And it doesn't just start rising in May June when it starts raining. It takes a couple months - this shouldbecommon sense. It's still raining every day in the north and it will rain till at least November in the south and in December it might rain once twice or thrice.
