Pretty much since these killings resulted from fulanis trespassing on private properties. See why I am against this stewpid system of traditional rulers in the 21st century. How could a well-meaning traditional ruler do this to his people? There is absolutely no valid reason for this to occur particularly since payment received is for the herders to access properties that belong, not to the obas or traditional rulers alone but to private citizens. This is fked!
