Concrete jungle. Bland and tasteless designs. Ttipsy:What has travelling and hate got to do with this? Is the pictures not real enough? I see and like Enugu, Imo with it's greenery and architecture. Some parts Paris or Spain still have storey buildings (not skyscrapers) but beautifully built and designed. What this picture portray is a jungle of concrete, badly modelled/designed. When I get to Aba during dry season, the atmosphere is always very dry, choking, fumes etc so it will be even worse here. |

I think Lagos should be the only city that can outnumber Onitsha in number of multistorey buildings in Nigeria. Onitsha people dey try well. It's as if everyone is competing to build their own multistorey building. |

Bestmanfornow:Is planting of trees in Fegge a sin? Just concrete everywhere, no trees, no art, no aesthetic, no allure. No modern design. Just cement literally everywhere. Ttipsy Bestmanfornow Sonature |

Sometimes I feel the true population of Anambra state is underreported. I know most of them are outside the state, still the share number of those occupying all these buildings am seeing is in millions. |

Bestmanfornow:Well planned? Yes. Doesn't dispute the fact that those multi-storey buildings were designed without a touch of aesthetics. The city itself is without any form of aesthetic. It's just a dusty street with cobweb-like power lines. Pardon my bad review tho. Bestmanfornow:Now, this is what I was expecting. |

That onitsha has one of the highest number of storey building clusters I've seen in Nigeria. Perhaps, based on the soil composure, it is durable, profitable and viable to build storeys. I've wondered how life would be, living in one of such storeys...climbing multiple staircases everyday...ah! No be every process person go grow through. Some phases are gracious to jump through. I don't think I can live in such building. |

If you visit the Eastleigh area of Nairobi, you will think you are in Onitsha because of the multistorey buildings the Somalians there who are known for trading, love building like those Onitsha landlords, some of them make effort to add to elevators to the residential buildings. |
