If your story is true then it shows your brother has no integrity. Although he has displayed a lack of integrity my advice to you is to keep trading his account till you are comfortable with the amount of money you have to start trading for yourself, and end your business with him—if you wish.

1. Your brother did you a great favour to trust you with his hard earned money, don't be ungrateful to him pls take what ever he has to over you though he should have followed the agreement but u can't take out greed from human.
2. Your brother must have done his research and find out you could even loose all the money to trading, even the beat traders often loose money to the market and market manipulations hence he is eager to recover his capital quickly as possible
3. You live in his house and he is probably paying all the bills so take what so ever he is giving you.
4. Take what so ever profits he is given you and found a different live accout and when u make profits take from the profit to buy profirms, the good one with good records like FTMO, FUNDEDNEXT, TENTRADE and 5VER . You can go for any of this.
5. I look through the trade you posted here, I can tell you that your risk appetite is too much. You open about 10 positions on gold with 0.10 lot size , what if those trade went against your bias?
6. What is your plan or agreement with your brother on your bad day, bad week or even bad month which will surely surely come?
7. Reduce your risk and target
8. Never take money from anyone to trade after this.
9 . Once you make enough capital try and returns your brother money and start afresh on your own trading and growing your small account along with your profirms.

Thanks for your advice. But take a look at those trades, I never opened 10 trades at a time. I don't even open more then one position on any asset until I have secured the first position by moving stop loss to entry.

As for taking money from people to trade, well I didn't actually take money from him. I convinced him and he agreed and registered with a broker in his nsme and funded it, my job is only to trade for him.

Collect your $250 and bounce, if he eventually balances you, collect it and still bounce.....

Let me ask you this,

Do you pay house rent or feeding money to your brother for accomodating you?

If you don't, you have zero negotiation room with him.

In fact, you are at his mercy.

Collect the money ($250) from him and thank him,

Record conversation with him about the 25% agreement for the investment and keep it one side

Make plans to get your accomodation and move out

If he has a business, order sth from there and when he asks for the money, tell him it is from the fx deal investment.

Patience is needed in playing this game..you can ignore him and the money for two years sef before striking.

oga everything is not money, accept the one he gave you, no let ur sisters and money come between you guys. don't use today issue spoil tomorrow goodies.

If you are a good trader as you said, you can still make something from the one he gave you. take it and build it, and don't stop trading for him, even if it's for Free. For God's sake he's your brother.

summary: collect the one he gave u, get prop firm from better firm o, ignore all this shiny cheap ones and build from there, don't stop trading his account, it won't take anything from you. Family is everything.

If you move out, how much will it cost you to cover the cost of gen to fit in with your strategy?

Would you be able to effect your strategy without constant electricity?

Consider that as well and the mental effect that would you have on your trading

Good evening traders. Please I need your advise on this. I've been learning how to trade and have mastered the craft but was constrained by funds to start trading.

Fortunately, I told my brother about it and we agreed that I will be trading for him while we share the profit.

He proposed to be paying me 25% commission plus feeding. I live in his house because he has steady light. But as a trader you know most account managers take between 35% to 50% commission, I agreed because he's my elder brother.

I started on 23rd July and from $3,825 deposit, I've made $1,750 profit.

We are to withdraw profit by next week Friday which will make it a month.

From this $1,750 profit, I told him we will withdraw $1,500 instead of $1,750 so that his balance will be up to $4,000 because his plan was to deposit $4,000 when we were starting but due to high exchange rate, his #6.4m deposit didn't give up to $4,000.

I was surprised and angry this evening when he told me that out of the $1,500 we are to withdraw, he will give me $200. I replied him that I thought it's 25%. He then said okay I will take $250, which is still below my share of $375.

And we still have next week to trade.

Please how do I approach him? The emotional stress and the discomfort. I trade 1hr timeframe and wake up every 1hr at night to manage trades while he sleeps well then is it too hard to stick to the agreement.

Please I need your advise. Thanks.

Prop is the best option.
Well normal funding and prop have their advantages and disadvantages.

Prop can wake up at anytime and say they are not doing again that they have folded up. Infact One just folded up a couple of days ago.

Prop is evidently the best option, for fast growth.

Suppose I can make 20% monthly:

Prop:- month 1. I buy $5k challenge for 32 (FNext), after one month, with 20% return, I would have passed challenge and made +5% profit= 5k x 5%= $250 in profit. 80% profit share should give me $200 take home.

Broker:- Suppose I deposited $32 into brokerage account and I made 20% at month ending that would be $32 x 20%= 6.4 take home profit.


And about the inherent risk about prop; life is even more riskier; you could get run by a truck

Or a building might collapse on you

or you could make a million dollar.

Or you could make a million dollar and get run by a truck into a collapsing building.


Just do your research, manage your risk and leave what is out of your control.

One problem I have with the average Nigerians is the greed. Someone invested $4k with you according to your story. The fact that you are even thinking of 50-50 is crazy. Darwinex only gives 15% to their traders. Only ponzi people[prop firms] pay 70% upward.

Even prop firms gave a 10% drawdown rule. So if they gave you 4k that your "beloved brother" gave you, you're only allowed to trade with just $400.

So Cindy or what's your name again, because this your account is even less than 2weeks old. B...tch be humble and worship that guy that entrusted millions with a demo trader as you.

But the reality is, this individual is not a trader, he or she is just here to scam some mumu that might be sending pms already.
Just a quick question, if you blew his $4k? Will you refund or not? Definitely No. You're trading risk free, free accommodation, free feeding, and you still wan collect 50-50. Lol.
