No it's private, the one governor Soludo proposed is five star hotel which is located at the same venue where International convention Centre is located, they've started with the pilling of the foundation
This is the ten storey hotel prototype being constructed by Gov Soludo

I see and like Enugu, Imo with it's greenery and architecture.

Some parts Paris or Spain still have storey buildings (not skyscrapers) but beautifully built and designed.

What this picture portray is a jungle of concrete, badly modelled/designed.

When I get to Aba during dry season, the atmosphere is always very dry, choking, fumes etc so it will be even worse here.

I think Owerri has the highest issue of environment including muddy dirty roads and filthy environment . Uzodimma has failed imo state
