I think he would have stayed. If Ethan and Myles could still be with the squad till now, Dubbery would not be loaned out. The three of them were given the same path. Dubbery opted not to sign a contract and chose to leave.

My brother, exactly the same route oo. Exactly same issues he had at Arsenal is what is seeing at Brighton now. Exactly same thing he criticized Arteta for but suddenly it's not about us giving duberry a chance but Brighton selling him in future for money.

Arteta have his fault into transitioning this kids to first team and that has been the debate here in this thread for seasons. I'm not pretending he's giving the academy players opportunities and I'm not denying I'm one of those defended Arteta for such

See ehn, you would have been 100% correct if Arteta is the opposite of what you are arguing. If in 5 years, he transitioned academy players and they failed, then you would be absolutely right in your takes.

But that isn’t the case, if anything this is the first time in 5 years that there is a ray of hope that one or maybe 2 have a chance this season and it is because ownership stepped in to change the direction.

Spend more time wishing these kids well, not hoping they fail so you can be right about Arteta not transitioning them. Their careers are bigger than any issue I have with Arteta.

The only reason Germ.aphobe brought that news is that most of us all thought that he's ripe enough (as well as him I believe) to start play In a PL side, so we were surprised seeing him being loaned to another championship club. Something we believe we want to do here too. No more, no less.
