From where does a state house of assembly derive the power to declare a Nigerian "persona non grata"? Things are really happening in this country

And it's usually the same rambling after every cancellation; be it Dangote refinery, Airport city, University of Education, Naming of Mike Adenuga stadium, demolition of Apagun's golf course, revocation of naming of Adebutu Polytechnic, Revocation of Gateway Hotels concessionaires, an so so on.

How can a Government go to court with Amosun's explanation of his revocation of an executed contract by same Ogun State.

Ogun awarded contract, Utomi executed, Ogun says it's revoking executed contract it awarded because same Ogun at some later point blacklisted the contractor and he also hurriedly executed his contract. Are these tenable in law. Are we not in danger of losing Airports in addition to the lost Presidential planes?

Can you approbate and reprobate? Dishonour your obligations of your own contract for hurried execution by the awardee.

No he didn't. He didn't pursue any legal means after negotiation with Amosun, Tinubu' and Akande failed. He didn't go through the court at all.
