How do have time to gym when your work takes almost all your time ? I wake by 4 am hit the road by 5 am , except Sunday , there's really no time tbh.

Most people are scared.... I worked 8 years, resigned and started my own business..... With dedication, focus and discipline the fruit started yielding after 2 years..... You agreed to a fact which is if u was outside this country we will be way way better off..... Because I replicated the same biznne concept in kenya for 8 months and believe me the traction was 4x of the same in Nigeria

In this present day Nigeria? Those who were financially strong before Tinubu are not feeling the impact much. Now, only politicians, strong business people, yahoo boys, abroad based people, and high paying jobs are doing fine at the moment.

Life itself is vanity. Even those who have the money are full of depression. The best life is that lived for God and humanity.

The current inflation is making our hardwork fruitless. You work, work and work tirelessly and you have nothing to show for it except feeding and paying basic bills.

Single guys are lucky because they have only their mouth to feed and they are also unlucky because it is now extremely difficult to settle down and start a family.

My brother we single guys are going through our own hurdles too oh! If I tell you how much I spent on my mum and siblings you won't believe. That was how one werey girl want me to place her on monthly salary for being my girlfriend because she realises I pay my mum and siblings monthly. The way I take ghost her eh!

My advice is continue working hard regardless of the results. Rest will come for you one day but the time you do not know.

Youth is really an opportunity. Bad habits should be replaced with good ones. My mindset and overall health really changed when I started gyming. I will advise my fellow youth to do the same too. Most importantly don’t let anyone put you under pressure. You’re not a failure just because you can’t buy your broke girlfriend an iPhone for instance

Words on Marble..That having an excersie routine is Gold..It improves life on all aspect.

Lastly, and most importantly, a man within this age grade should avoid being with the wrong woman.
