Good morning great people. I am based in Lagos. Please I have a Mazda 3 hatchback 2007 model When driving and revving it the tachometer shows high (at times getting to the red zone) but it doesn't accelerate and jerks too. Please does Mazda have a service centre in Lagos? I would be grateful if you shared the address with me. If not, is there a Mazda technician who can check the body control module of the car and solve the problem?

His shop is directly opposite where the cheese ball factory is.

He's good but still open your eyes.

I suggest you insist he scans the car first before working on it.

I suspect a torgue converter related problem.

Maybe its Ibrahim, (the one with bow leg) or the other slim guy...they are both good.

Good morning bro. I haven't heard from him. I've been calling him since morning but he isn't reachable. However I sent him WhatsApp messages and it showed he had read them. I don't know the reason for this.

He is always very busy. Is the car movable to his shop?
If yes, then I think you should go there.

I have Ibrahim's no though but I would prefer you to through his boss directly...to avoid any stories.
Just be patient with them.

When you get to their shop, you will understand better, they are alwaysss busy.

Pls dont be too hasty with him o.

Give him time. He's hardly reachable but you'd appreciate you waited.

My sincere advise to you is to be patient and wait for Mr Kenny. I am talking from experience. There are very few good Mazda mechanics around. Do not fall into the hands of quack mechanics that will mess up your Mazda.
The fact is Kenny is so good and he works only on Mazda vehicles so his work shop is always jam packed with vehicles. He is relatively honest in my opinion.
I repeat be patient. Maybe you should do a voice call instead of WhatsApp messaging.

He is always very busy because he is good.
Also, why not try scanning the car and share the codes here.
Scan the transmission too and share the code.

At times some faults in Mazda do not show codes if they are electric related. I am speaking from a personal experience.
If the car can move I agree he should try and drive it to Ladipo. If the car is not mobile then my sincere advice is that he should wait until Kenny is free and less busy because not every mechanic can solve Mazda issues.
