If I see better offer I tell my staff to apply, with that they will be willing to training others who will continue your job.
Everyone pray for progress, but what will make me to be angry is if you leave me and settle for something lower than me.

There is always the possibility of moving from one job to another.

The desire to take on a new challenge and contribute my quota to the growth of your company brought me here.
