They have abandoned the Constitution on enough occasions for that group to be considered a rogue/criminal group up there at this point. What you have right now is a corrupt justice system that disregards the very constitution in probably almost half of its rulings.

Please keep in mind that even in the most advanced countries, interpretation of lines of the constitution are often at variance with multiple judges.

Dispassionately, Imo state election judgement is fair and more straightforward to me than the judgement that brought in Diri and sacked APC in Zamfara (Except you didn't read excerpts of the court cases). So I don't know why it's more demonized.
