Ogbebor, Osagie, Osunbor, ehi are purely Edo names ooo. Ika names I know are Onyemakonor, Ozurumba, Onoh and others which are typical Igbo names. Maybe you don't know much or you don't have much affiliation with them. Since you are from Ukwani doesn't that make you automatically an Ika man

Who is/are Izu Anioma and who elected him/them to speak for the Anioma people. We are not Igbos. Every state in Nigeria is made of several ethnic groups that speak different languages, the states were not created based on language. The days of Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba are over, it marginalises other prominent ethnicities, hence the identification as geopolitical zones. The Aniomas preference is to form a brotherhood with Itshekiris, Ijaws, Urhobos and the other ethnicities that make Delta a wonderful, important and welcoming state.

All those agitating for Anioma are power hungry and selfish individuals looking to create a puppet state they can control. It will never happen!

I read some of your responses on the first page and agree with them but to be frank as a brother, I would not clamour for those who choose not to return to the Igbo fold. For those who recognise their ancestry, I welcome them with open arms but if others choose not too, then they are free to tow their own position, no need of us dragging them .( That's what I meant to say In the first post).
