Can someone please tell me how to withdraw my money from PayU?

I did a WhatsApp advertisement and I was referred by the App to fund PayU account to enable me create WhatsApp ads. I funded PayU and money was deducted from my GTBank account.

I created the ads no views no engagements. Because there were no views nor engagements on the ads, Facebook did not deduct money from the PayU.
I created another ads still no views no engagements. I have created like six ads no views and no engagements.

Now I want to withdraw my money from PayU I don't know how to go about it. Please someone should help a sister. In this hard economy I can't afford to lose a kobo biko.

They have a page/contact form and email for Nigeria specifically.


If they can't solve your issue, you would have to contact Whatsapp customer care.

I just did. I didn't see email or phone number. I saw 'refund'. When I clicked on it, it took me to a page where I was told that refund takes up to 14days. No place to even apply for refund.

I just contacted WhatsApp customer support. Thanks. I never knew WhatsApp has custom support channel.

Change the age n select Nigeria and select port Harcourt change the banner put the location bolded there also

1. You can not withdraw your money from PayU, PayU isn't the one holding your money but Facebook (meta) PayU is just a 3rd party payment gateway like Paystack which helps Nigerians fund their facebook account with Naira.


2. You're doing the advert wrongly... to run ads that send messages to WhatsApp kindly download Ads manager app on play store or Apple Store... Log in with your Facebook details, Make sure you have a Facebook page then choose the sales objective and select WhatsApp as the messaging destination.

Make sure you're optimizing the ads for conversations.
