Good evening all,

Please I need your advice about the following question my bosses....

1)Must there be age off the deponents on the Declaration of age by the court

2) For someone like me that went to federal High Court(Osogbo) for Declaration of Age thereafter went to NPC(Osogbo) for attestation, has that qualified me to have a digitalized document?

3) In case question two isn't satisfied, Please can you help me list the states/cities where digitalized documents(Declaration of Age and Attestation/Birth Certificate)can be gotten aside from Osun State.

This Attestation of a thing is confusing and I want to do the right thing,Please help a brother!

Hello,
1. The age will only needed to be stated IF the deponent ain't any of your parents. For instance if your uncle, sibling or anyone is the deponent the age MUST be stated.
2. That qualify you for your digital attestation. Just ensure your affidavit comes before your attestation of birth.
3. Digital affidavit is done in many states but I'm very sure of Abuja

Digital attestation of birth is done online. Immediately after you submit your get your doc

The best place to do NPC certificate is Abuja because you will be given the one that has barcode on it and you can scan it all what you need is affidavit....,leave all this state NPC

There's one thing that's called recognition and validity, I believe you know what that means..., because some people do come online just read and leave without wanting to interact doesn't mean they don't know what they re doing..., so next time you ask questions you don't just jump into conclusion

This will be the last time am going to address this, Austria doesn't require block account what they require is proof of fund which is the same as statement of account...., just make sure you have enough money for your proof of fund for a single applicant the amount of €12,000-€15,000 is okay and secondly why stressing yourself down to Abuja to do your authentication have you considered the transportation, insecurity which is not certain you will be able to do it that because the kind of crowd that's at ministry of education on a daily basis is crazy

Please, I require assistance with the sworn affidavit of Declaration of Age that I prepared. I enlisted the help of someone to help me at the court, and the process was successful. However, I realize now that the deponent was signed by me, whereas I have learned today that it is necessary for my parent/guardian to be the signatory on the deponent. Will this pose any issues when the lawyer needs to authenticate my document later on? I urgently seek a response as I intend to submit my document for authentication in Abuja tomorrow. Thank you.

It will, cos your guardian will be asked to sign on a plain sheet for confirmation (my lawyer did that to my dad)

You should redo another one and this time, let the deponent sign it

Use either of your parents as deponent and also make sure you obtain your Age Declaration from NPC

yes they are still alive but they are in their advanced years. thoughts age declaration are obtain from Court?

If they are both advance, do you have an elderly sibling? The person should be the deponent.

Age declaration is obtained from the High Court, you take the age declaration to NPC for you statutory declaration of birth certificate - both goes hands-in-hands.

Both will be legalized by the embassy.
