Not only happening at Chicken Republic. I have see it at Kilimanjaro. In most cases those guys are not directly paid by the food outlets or restaurants cause they belong to a security company who pay them poorly. But I think the management of these eateries can do better by offering them something decent to eat while at work.

Stop calling these guys security, they are just door keepers. They know nothing about providing security.
