Instead of thinking and brainstorming about how maternal mortality can be decreased in the country (not possible to eliminate it but it can be decreased) like in other progressive countries, you’re blaming online pictures.

Did the pictures somehow magically turned into a blood clot or amniotic embolism or sepsis and kill her?

With stupid thinking like this, no wonder nothing is working. You’ll blame everything but the actual reason for these unnecessary deaths which is that we’re not practicing medicine at the level we should be for all the resources we have.
