You can’t see because life is difficult for the blind.
Are doctors the only ones being kidnapped in Nigeria?
How many other professionals/trade unions have u seen declaring strike because their members are kidnapped?

So why not declare the strike in his state? Why should someone in faraway Bayelsa suffer for the sin of kaduna state governor? Use your sense, many pregnant women, children, sick people,’poor Nigerians will die because of this strike.

The kidnapped doctor shall be rescued by the power of God, but will the lost lives from the strike be replaced ?
Still the same nonsense...

You think because evil goes on a few blocks away from your apartment - it will never reach you.

You will be surprised.. huh

FOLYKAZE:
The government needs to do something drastic about associations and unions in the civil service.
Archaic mindset! Government should do something about insecurity not about "associations and unions in the civil service"

You think that if doctors strike lead to the death of many Nigerians that you and your relatives are exempted? You will be surprised!

Sometimes i wonder if Nigerians actually got an education or something else. How is this action logical? Or could it be that Nigerians have psycho issues? You dont mind losing lives in order to save 1 life

Ur not making sense.
As it stands, the government doesn't care about any life kidnapped. Should that be the case, no matter how isolated it is?

Let them go on strike even if it's for 1 baby.

We must do the needful I'm the country.
What happened to NIN? And other security measures?

If it were to be the child of a governor u think they'll not rescue him/her?

So because other kidnappings are happening and people are quiet, it means everyone has to be quiet?
so doctors going on strike for 7 days abandoning children in incubators and patience in EU because their registrar was kidnapped makes sense to you?

You're funny

Yes it does.
If every sector, every company, every state did same each time a human is kidnapped, the government will sit up

This guy! You again. So everyone should keep quiet about kidnapping cos everyone else is getting kidnapped?
Is it only Taraba that they are kidnapping docs? Besides the strike is also for insecurity, not just the doc. An emir was killed by kidnappers the other day, nobody coughed. Are you okay with it? Please allow people that wanna do something to do so, or do you have an alternative option apart from your useless god that is as effective as a dead rat

Ignore those fools. They are happy with the way Nigeria is. I'm sure they were against the protests this month

Peter Obi's effect. He asked them to strike and they obeyed. Over to Omokri

I see where you're coming from and it's difficult to see reasin with you.

But see how hollow your argument is: doctors are going on strike for the release of one of their own and if that one is released, they will call off the strike. So if the country burns they don't care as long as the government pulls all of its resources to free one of their own, then everything can return to status quo. See how your logic falls on its face?

The foolishness on this platform is mind-blowing.

Doctors will not strike on poor medical equipment or poor facilities or lack of TB and malaria medication in the country or the high rate of child-mother mortality rate where Nigeria is a defending champion in death of mother and child.

But will put patients' life in danger for one of their own , going against its own Hippocratic oath.

Even the police, the most hated government agency in Nigeria have more decorum and professionalism than you people.

You won’t stop displaying your foolishness and ignorance every time.

Mind you, you are the ones always mentioning me like you did now, so be prepared. Don’t turn back and be playing victim card when the heat is much for you to bear!

When did I write that everyone should keep quiet about the kidnapping?

Nigerians are going through enough hardship already, how many of the masses can afford private hospital charges now that doctors have gone on strike?

If every trade union are going on strike when their members are kidnapped, do you think that life will be bearable for you?

Is it only Taraba that they are kidnapping docs?
Ode, where did you see me write Taraba? Why won’t you be writing rubbish when you only write to argue with your empty head.

Besides the strike is also for insecurity, not just the doc.
Bring out the communique and show where it is stated that the strike is for insecurity and not because of the kidnapped doctor.

An emir was killed by kidnappers the other day, nobody coughed. Are you okay with it?
Did you see all the Emir declare strike because of that?

Please allow people that wanna do something to do so, or do you have an alternative option apart from your useless god that is as effective as a dead rat
You are frustrated with life, your parents did a poor job raising you and that’s why you want to take your frustration on God, i won’t join you in atheist of theism arguments. Carry your frustrations commot my mention or go and meet your parents who were not good examples of theist people and failed to impart your life positively.

U missed some points.
It's 8 months already, still no news about the kidnapped.

Something's got to give.

If extreme measures are not taken, it will happen again and same vicious cycle continues.

Has it ever occurred to u how the government would react if the entire country down tools because of the news of the kidnap of 1 person?

The number of doctors fleeing this country abroad , sparking a very dangerous rate of doctor/patient ratio is alarming and a prerequisite for a health crisis. I want to see doctors engage with the Federal Government on this serious matter.

Insecurity is felt by everyone and is not exclusive to medical doctors who are not even targeted by any armed or terrorist group.

Lastly, doctors are held at a higher standard for a reason and should not be downing tools like some artisan or unskilled labourers over a generic matter like this
