Online outrage has been provoked by accusations that Nigerian music entrepreneur Michael Collins Ajereh, better known by his stage name Don Jazzy, gave N4 million to Bobrisky during the latter’s incarceration.

After Bobrisky recently disclosed the identities of male celebrities who he said had contributed a staggering N30.6 million in total, uproar broke out. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

Among the donors, Don Jazzy’s name surfaced, with reports suggesting he contributed N4 million to the total.

Don Jazzy dragged heavily online for allegedly donating N4 million to Bobrisky

Fans and followers of the Mavin Records boss have taken to social media, particularly Instagram, to express their anger and disappointment over the alleged donation.

Many have questioned his decision to support a controversial figure like Bobrisky.

What most of y'all don't know yet is that Nigeria has a very big gay community. Many are in heterosexual marriages for now.

Bobrisky was unjustly locked up. His major source of income is social media and he wasn’t able to earn while locked up. Kind hearted people donated to him. What’s the big deal?

Don jazzy is very generous, he has given money to a lot of strangers on social media, why is Bob different? The more successful you get, the more you learn acceptance. I’m sure in all of Don Jazzy’s business dealings he has met gay music executives. Would he turn down a deal because of their sexuality?
