Posting unverifiable propaganda is not a criminal offense even in Nigeria. So, an arrest in such cases is actually illegal according to

Freedom of Speech is entrenched in the Supreme Law of the Land and equally at the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights which Nigeria is a signatory.

Stop educating a stack illiterate.

A sanctimoniously corrupt criminal government will even be afraid of its own shadow.Tyrannical fellas are in government. Everything they do is about self-preservation. It is why whistleblowers suffer the worst fate. They need to make an example of them so that people inside will align and fear them. That is the sole reason for their response to social media noise.

Maybe we should weaponize this division within their ranks for good and encourage more whistleblowers. Sadly, those who succeed at using leaks to remove the people they want to replace become much worse and even brutal. We have NADECO in power today; they were once protesters. The people who used radio stations and TV have silenced radio stations and TV.

These are not even journalists! They are mostly pay-as-you-go bloggers politicians use. If they are journalists, by now the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) would be fighting for their release like we had during the military era. They should be given free opportunity to defend themselves in court. Criminal defamation is a serious crime, whoever tells you otherwise is setting you up for destruction, those who criminally defame innocent people have ruined the lives of many of their victims. Their victims deserve to get justice.

Meanwhile, this is the man that used every means to attack various govts and latter brought down a govt.........various media were his effective tools he used to achieve his selfish lifetime goal.

Television station.
Radio station.
Newspapers.
.....and several foot soldiers behind the keyboards warriors to spread whole lot of news, propaganders, criticisms, attacks on govts of the day.

He cannot retain power forever. He cannot even tell how long he would live yet they behave like gods.
