Pls consider Nigerian factors eg poor maintenance, no power supply and others before building an underground railway station , I guess you will need power for both trains and ventilation (air)

When you build infrastructure for a population not ready financially for it it would be poorly maintained its not rocket science

Those trains practically run on losses, the money gotten from ticket is too low it can't find maintenance

Nigerians are too poor averagly to pay the required fee to sustain such a project

Surest way to loot them dry
