Last weekend i was working as a security/bouncer at a live music event, more than 300 people attended the event. Respectable people, husbands, wifes, singles and couples, all got drunk, partied, enjoyed themselves all through the night. After the event in the morning. I found 50 iphones, 16 wallets, 13 ladies hand bags, a gold watch, gold ear rings, bracelets, I just handed them to the hotel/event managers at the reception, signed off and left. I didn't expect any thank you or compensations, none was given to me, not even a thank you, it was the right thing to do. My job and reputation are more valuable than those items. Besides, i cannot keep what's not mine. Why? I get paid well. Even if i dont get paid well. I still cannot keep those items.
