What are they doing to warrant it?
Politicians and civil servants are the two greatest enemies in Nigeria.
Both of them led Nigeria to where it is today.
Over 60% of money that supposed to be paid into govt accounts end up in the private pockets of these evil bribe collecting civil servants.

In as much they don't deserve how they are treated, 80 percent of Nigerian working force is unproductive, go to ministries you just see them gisting after sometime you see them go back to there homes maybe after signing out.
Some have not been to work for months, they only go to work during verification.
