Federal institutions like Immigration,Central banks etc...those in need of their services have to travel to other region in other to do so.
Biafra agitation is dead on arrival even you do not believe Biafra will ever be actualized but so long a group of persons keep using it to enrich themselves.

While her state is very peaceful she supports anarchy and insecurity in SE.
