I would need more clarification on that, honestly.

Being the largest trading partner of USA is not an unfair advantage over 45+ countries COMBINED. China has proven that if you have the right conditions, you'd get foreign investments from any part of the world. Nigeria is proving more and more that it is not a suitable place for foreign investments.
Me too want to see his reply.

Let me stop here for now.

This isn't true. Mexico isn't far ahead of all of latin america. Mexico isn't better than Chile, argentina, Uruguay or Panamá. Mexico is somewhat in the middle especially with regards to quality of life.
But don't you see the population parameters?
These countries you mentioned have very small populations except Argentina which too is comparatively small.population factor goes a long way in determining quality of life

Mexico
GDP 1.466 trillion USD (2022)

Uruguay
GDP 71.18 billion USD (2022)

Panama
GDP 76.52 billion USD (2022)

Argentina
GDP 631.1 billion USD (2022)

Are you serious? You used GDP not quality of life, quality of life is very subjective, but yes, because of the tiny populations of these countries, on paper, their quality of life is higher than mexicos. But Argentina, the most successful of the countries you listed other than mexico has a 271% (2024) inflation rate. Nigeria is currently at a 28% inflation rate. Highest in our history by far (usually average 2-11%.), and you can see what it has done to quality of life in NIgeria. You cannot fathom what 271% is doing in Argentina so the paper 'quality of life' is different from lived reality that it's supposed to measure.

Now do per Capita income and human development Capital index. Mexico is in the middle in latin america. Uruguay for instance has a per Capita income of 25000 usd and is the most developed and most richest country in south America. It's popular referred to as the Switzerland of latin america. The US has a larger GDP than Switzerland but Switzerland is a better country than the US with regards to quality of life

Another metric is HDI as per capita income can be deceiving. See Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

You're letting numbers twist your perception of quality of life.
Yes, because of Uruguay's small population the relative per capita income is high. (20k+)
But the unemployment rate is 58.40 percent
Mexico's unemployment rate is 2%

So if only 42% of your country is enjoying 20K+ per capita income, and the other 58 will never be employed in their life, what are we actually measuring.

Mexico is miles ahead of every south american country. population will make one thing look like another, but when you align the facts a person is going to live a better life, produce more, and have a higher chance at success in Mexico than anywhere in Latin America.

So factor those unemployment numbers and compare then percapita incomes

Mexico
21,790
Population
127.5 million

Uruguay
26,250
3.423 million (Size of Imo State)

A demonic lie! This is Uruguay's unemployment rate: https://www.statista.com/statistics/439881/unemployment-rate-in-uruguay/

I am not surprised the demonic lie comes from someone who says Mexico and Nigeria are similar in economy and developmental progress. You people are demons! Jesus! Look at the brazen lie on Obasanjo's Internet in 2024, not 2004.

Isn't it shameful that Mexico is just a trillion dollars behind Africa? And I'm positive that if you compare its GDP to only that of Subsaharan Africa, then you'll see that there's no hope for the continent.
That's actualy crazy. Mexico is 2/3rd of the African with a 1/10th of the population. Its a saying that being born in Africa life is already leading you 1-0😂

Nigerias economy is largely informal, so u can't rely on those numbers,it might be bigger, besides Chile's population is fucking small so there's bound to be more wealth.

Nigerias problem is population population population
Omd your pulling straws at this point. Why try and do guesswork instead of go on official figures? Every single last economy on earth is undervalued not just Nigeria. GDP doesn't take into account things like black market. But its pointless talking about how undervalued Nigerian GDP because we ultimately don't know. GDP is just an estimate. No one knows the actual figure. You've confused per capita and gdp

Comparing Latin America to Africa is ridiculous. Latin America is far far ahead of Africa.

5 fastest growing latin american countries

1. Montserrat[a] 7.40 2011 est.
2 Panama 5.40 2017 est.
3 Nicaragua 4.90 2017 est.
4 Honduras 4.80 2017 est.
5 Dominican Republic 4.60 2017 est.

5 Fastest growing economies in Africa

Niger (11.2%),
Senegal (8.2%),
Libya (7.9%),
Rwanda (7.2%),
Cote d’Ivoire (6.8%),
African economies are growing because they are undeveloped. Latin America is a middle-income region. Even the poorest Latin American countries have it far better than the average African. Africa is way way behind Latin America. Latin America is nowhere the wealth of the developed countries but its also nowhere as undeveloped as Africa.

Your making yourself look like a darn fool. You comparing Africa to a continent that actually produce, manufactures and exports high-end and finished goods like cars, aeroplanes etc. There is far more potential and opportunities in Latin America. That's why this US and the West is spending far more in Latin America compared to Africa. Latin America is pretty darn sophisticated. Granted not western level of sophisticated but still far far more sophisticated than Africa. Africans produce nothing of value, the economy is geared around resource attraction.

Nobody is talking about America. You just don’t want to accept that Latin America is far more developed than Africa and it’s not close. The US is overrated. Canada, NZ, Australia and Western Europe are far better options. America is just better for making money but when you compare the health be it physical or mental to it’s peer nations. The US is in a terrible situation. Socially, the US is quite far behind the modern world. Many Americans are in Latin America.

When these guys talk about latin america. I just wonder where they speak about. I live in Chile and I have been to over 15 african countries. I dont even live in a 1st or 2nd rate city by Chilean standards but no African country can be compared to the city I live in terms of infrastructure. The roads are good. Theres clean running water to all homes. Everywhere is very clean all the fucking time. Theres street lights and everything. Theres a lot of jobs and work for everyone to do. The black man has failed completely. Useless race

Oh well Africa as shit as it is, is modernizing like the rest of the world but I don’t expect anything spectacular from the continent.
