I just checked the voting pattern and my observations are:

1. It is opened to everybody

2. It cost 200 naira per vote.

It looks like South Africans are using the purchasing power of rands over naira to chase Chidimma's votes from Nigerians...

It probably takes them to the final stage where judges decide.
