At the end of the day, we will now be confused about the real cause of kidney problem as everyone now discuss or give inputs on the cause of kidney failure.

Currently, eating and drinking something good requires a reasonable amount of money that this economy can't afford. How many people can comfortably eat fruits? And with the GMOs we have these days.

Nigeria is a failed country, 80% of processed food in the market are fake, aside from fruits eg orange, garden egg, chicken and the food I cooked in my house I don't eat anything,... Drink wine, beers, malt, coke,fanta, sprite and they likes is no no to me because those things are mostly fake.

in Canada. Chinese supermarkets sell shaki(tripe) washed with chlorine . Bought it once by mistake i couldn’t eat it as the taste was horrible. Na God dey save person . What people do to food home and abroad is shocking . Palm oil is diluted with strange chemicals in Nigeria too.

Hmmm. I am not really the type of person who eats out, and whenever I choose to, I am very picky about the choice of eateries.

However, I have discovered that these days, you can't really trust public food vendors, irrespective of their beautiful edifices and names.
They're all profit-driven and sometimes can do unimaginable things to make that profit.

I once bought garri from African store that looked so weird. Like almost neon yellow in color. Didn’t notice in the store at first because their lightning was dim.

But at home it looked like fake color was used instead of palm oil.

Could have been turmeric (I’m giving them the benefit of doubt) but I can’t be sure. One thing is certain is that it wasn’t oil. So strange
