He might be potent but infertile but I doubt it. If he's infertile he will be honest enough to say it. In their society there's information overload. I don't know why Africans are wired up when adults make their choices regarding childbearing. At least we have Reverend fathers and sisters here also although most of them shag codedly and have kids out of wedlock

If you are poor you should not have children in Nigeria
Related but different to one child policy of China
I really feel strongly on this issue because around this time of the year you get all manners of begging for school fees from people who bear children they can't afford

I think you need to ask an elderly man (probably in his 70s/80s) these questions to be sure.

The problem with people of this generation is that they don't communicate enough with people of older generation, so they end up confused.

Even if he is impotent he can have. Children if he wants

It is possible to extract sperm from a dead man's body upto 36 hours after death and make a baby
It is possible to freeze that same sperm and make a baby in 40 years time

Money can fix that. We are talking tens of thousands of dollars not millions

There is nothing magical about joining sperms and egg to make a child

Certainly with his money that is a minor issue

It's his choice and it's fine if he's happy with it. Jesus, paul and many important biblical figures didn't have kids so it's definitely not a crime.
