Maybe you need to be specific with your location, Ogun State is Southwest and it's currently not raining here

I have people around Ipokia/Tube/Ijofin/Maun axis who attested that it did not rain for an extended period of time. Has it now rained at Owode/Idiroko?

I am actually based in Ipokia.
.
Yes, it has rained twice, but not heavy per se. The rain is okay for vegetable farmers but not really satisfying for plantain farmers like me.

Those axis in Ogun are very notorious for poor rainfall. I remember when we still had farms in oke-odan, ihunbo, ipokia. While surrounding areas like Sango/Otta would be receiving early rain in March/April, those axis would not experience any until maybe in May .

Sorry I may not be of help as I don't do farmland biz. My contact through whom I got those lands in that axis I mentioned is late now.
You can state your preferred location maybe those who know/have one can be of help.
