For those of you have not not opportune to travel yet and stuck in Nigeria, you'll not understand or believe what the OP said is true. You see drivers, warehouse, security, caregiver, waitress etc earn more than branch manager of a bank.

I know of two ladies that relocated to UK before Election, they have erect mansion at their home town. They both work 60hrs weekly. These are caregivers. Can a branch bank manager able to build a mansion in one year without stealing from the bank? No!

A bank manger in Nigeria doesn't pass through what a caregiver abroad passes through everyday.
One is a boss and the other one is a subordinate at the lowest level of hierarchy, that's first.
A caregiver endures all sorts of treatments from the employer and mostly from the patient as we have seen so many times. They put up with a lots of rubbish.
And lastly, as long as you are living comfortably within your income and other benefits as a bank manager, it shouldn't bother you at all if a caregiver abroad is earning far more than you. Dangote is the richest man in Nigeria, yet he still doesn't stop chasing after money which means no matter how much you're making daily, it will never be enough
