Scenario 1:
She can't pay her rent as she borrowed to pay her rent that's 4 times her monthly salary and the spouse has refused to do a regular job. Her daughter is changing school due to finances and it's still private. I advised that she does public school and hire a lesson teacher to cover the gap (primary school) and my reason is because she was supported with more than half the rent value and still borrowed the balance and more which still remains unpaid. I'm told it's somehow but I see the debt growing and not easing.

Scenario 2:
The entry school fees for his son is more than his 1 month salary and I believe subsequent terms will be slightly cheaper but the daughter will start school with a SAHW. I was thinking he could have gone for something more affordable and not straining as salary doesn’t grow as fast as expenses.

As a parent, how many % of your earnings go for school fees for them?
I know we want the best for them but should it STRAIN us?

°get a new apartment (I heard someone say if your three months salary can't cover your rent don't bother getting that apartment)

It's an investment. If you can afford to lower the rent and use the savings from there to feed their bills, that's very good move. Rent shouldn't take much more than their future in this present world.

As I dey so now, the cost of textbooks (only) for Primary One, is N20,000. Since yesterday, I dey find paracetamol to cool down my head.

Your expenses are way beyond your means. Change to a much cheaper school and get a more affordable apartment. Living with these huge expenses na recipe for high blood pressure and stroke.
