no big deal. Cars can ascend to parks within the building floors or be lifted there with elevators.

Trust me living in an apartment in that multi storey building will be far more comfortable than a two storey building 2 bedroom apartment in Lagos.

Why won't I....

Whilst planing to build same and house 30,000 people.

I once saw an article of a landlord who built a hotel and took a permanent room for himself whilst building other hotels in the process.

I call that strategic thinking.
