I live in California, I am thinking of building 6 flats in Abuja and rent it out to expatriates
How much should I budget for 3 plots of land in say (Abuja) Wuse 2 or somewhere a bit posh (you get me)
How much will it cost from beginning to end, I have a budget of 150,000 dollars,

Is it too much or too small? Please advise.

In Port Harcourt that will barely buy you a plot of land in an area where expatraiites would live. I think Abuja would be a cheaper option. But then, 150,000 usd can't build you six flats+ land in .I think properties are very expensive in Nigeria.And they hardly ever worth thier value.

Abuja will be the better option idont know what kind of house you can build with the money though

I think in PH expats will live in the buildings provided by their company

$150,000 is about N22,500,000 that my friend is close but not enough. A plot of land in a posh area of PHC is about N3 -N4m and depending on what u want to build (6 nos 3 bedroom flats) at about N5m per flat on three plots of land amounts to about N42000000 about $280,000.Let me know if u want samples. 08023348137

an exquisite location in abuja which suites the likes of expatriates include areas like asokoro, maitama, wuse2, jabi and utako. also the term plot is relative

as in abuja, lands are not measured by plots but on square meter. be it as it may, lets take 1000m2 to represent a plot, 3000m2 will cost an average of

150m less jabi and utako which would go for say 100-120m, this is less the physical structural building which ought to be luxurious in nature there by

requiring huge finance.

in all ramification i think it will solve your impending budget or will help you appreciate the required budget needed.
