Why was Nnamdi Kanu not legally arrested, why is the Nigerian courts not able to jail him since.

A police station was attacked at Oba yesterday and everything was burnt down and one officer killed and Simon Ekpa claimed responsibility for the attacks.In Israel Hamas and Hezbollah are confirmed terrorist groups but are seen as freedom fighters in Arab world.
Finland so far have not seen Ekpa as a terrorist because he is not breaking any law in Finland.Let him declare sit at home in his street one day and force people to comply and see what happens to him.Or give his boys order to start killing Finnish Police as he is doing in Nigeria he will be declared a wanted terrorist immidiately.
