Lol. Fear of God? What the heck is that? Social factors determine the behavior of a any human society. When the state is poor, irresponsible, ineffective as we have in Nigeria; then the citizens will find other means to fend for themselves, either legitimate or otherwise. One of the riskiest jobs to do today is working in a security agency; there abounds so many evils now to face today. Ineffective countries experience more protests, more deaths, more insurgencies, more ritual killings; it has nothing to do with ‘fear of God'.

Wife of a state legislator moving with two police men and being chauffeur driven shows that this country has rotten.

My father was a state legislator during the second republic. He didn't have any police escort talk more of my mother and neither did we have any security man at our homes, I only saw police men a long the road while traveling.while the only privilege is that they don't stop my father's vehicle maybe because of a sticker on the windscreen showing that he is a legislator.

Also my father seldomly made use of his driver as he preferred to drive himself, I can still remember during Christmas when he will drive us to the village with no escort . Our village house was open to all, not fenced with free entry as no one interrogates you before you enter despite the large number of people that came on daily basis to see my father unchecked, no single event had ever been recorded. My mum goes anywhere she wants with public transport and nothing distinguished her from others. She enters the market,shops and pick taxi back home.

We the children mingled with the other children, went to a government school play , trek back home except on few occasions that our father decided to come and pick us . It was a word free of fear and suspicion and a kind of equality as I can remember attending the same nursery school with the son of my father's Gardner (the man that trims his flowers)

Here a legislator's wife is moving with two police men and a driver and still she is not safe.
There was indeed a country

The police can identify the kidnappers easily if they want to work.

We need state police, local government police and city police. Let everyone have their own police and recruit the best people that can secure them.

Why not equipp the one you have properly before creating new one

The rate of kidnapping in this Warri and environs is alarming. That’s one of the reasons night life is very poor in this town but this is my city, you niggas can’t get me, it’s mission abort. Many of these boys driving expensive cars and claiming yahoo boys are nothing but kidnappers.

This story no clear o I think this in a misinformation about the whole story

1) the woman in question is not a the wife of any politician or lawmaker let's be guided
2) the kidnappers angrily down down those men and the driver upon seeing one of their gang members been shot at their very before.
3) upon trying to escaping to sapele road their car 🚗 had a collision with a Keke (tricycle).
Having noticed they can't escape with the woman and their guns cus of the damage car they have to abandon the woman inside and take off with the guns inside.

These ones died protecting another. They shud hv allowed her kidnap and stay alive. Definitely the family of the woman will pay ransom for her release. And now they hv lost their lives protecting the rich. Its a pity!
