Now you are still asking me for more evidence to corroborate the BBC's story.

Lazy Saffer, you know there is a freedom of information act in your country where you can request the actual case file concerning this specific case. A lot of law students do that if they so wish to understudy the findings in this particular case.

The fact that you only have one source tells me that it is simply what you believe. And it is not actual fact. Even the court of law doesn't rely on one source of information.
