Maybe. But there's no doubt about one thing: HE MEANS WELL!! Evil rich mean evil and therefore don't show their hands. But he also steps on a lot of toes, hence the bad publicity. He stated from the outset he meant to work with the poorest. He was not interested in building space rockets like other billionaires or buying airlines or social platforms, or other exotic things billionaires can do. He was only interested in giving away his money. But strategically giving away money is a full time job. So he resigned his other jobs to do only that. His only job is philanthropy, unlike other billionaires. It is just like, say, Dangote donates his refinery to Nigeria but he's the one running it. They still count any profit he makes as part of his wealth when in actuality it belongs to Nigeria.

There was this guy who said he went to a native doctor for money ritual. He was told to do all sorts of evil things. He did them, expecting his business would improve. Instead what happened was, 5m (now 10m) was mysteriously deposited into his bank account. That's the kind of things evil rich entities (some are not human) do with their money. They work in the shadows, promoting evil, manipulating people. They fund terrorism, start wars and suppy arms to both sides, etc. They don't show up around things like malaria and such, and they hate people like Bill Gates and spread evil about him
