Senseless talk again, Ogun State IGR is more than the whole SE states combined, Ondo is the second most prosperous state in Nigeria after Lagos. Oyo is not in the league of any SE states. Keep shut and be humble. Out of the five international investors we have in Nigeria, four of them are Yorubas. You keep deceiving yourself. What do you even know about real estate in Lagos? The don't really understand that they are intermediaries aka middlemen. Do they manufacture the electronics, phones, computers and the spare parts they sell. It's just buying and selling which anybody can easily do. Some Nigerian's are also doing the same, even thou igbos are majority. Those who control the economy of Lagos are either into manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, shipping, and hospitality businesses.

Can you compare it to the investments of igbos in real estate? Real estate development is one of the major determinants of a developed state…this is what attracts investment to Lagos too…you guys can continue in your delusion but reality will always prevail over propaganda.
