They can vote to impose a goat, be he a Muslim or non Muslim, on a state or on Nigeria, so long as the goat represents the interest of the APC for future Talibanization of Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal justice system.
Adams Oshiomhole was a Muslim. He was nominally converted to non Muslim by his late wife as condition to marry him when he was an ordinary street tailor.
