When you look at the product cost to produce a litre of PMS inclusive of crude oil. It takes an average of .35 cents (refinery cost).

Now putting Nigeria into consideration as a poor country, the production cost for Dangote should be cheaper. I think you know the reason why is cheaper producing anything whatsoever from poorer countries? Don't need to lecture you on that.

Dangote is responsible for his own port, power for the refinery, majority of his staff are Indian, the technology/ materials used to build and maintain the refinery all foreign, most of the crude he used before NNPC naira sales got from usa and brazil. So why should it be cheaper
