I have never been in love” – Ayra Starr

Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, better known by her stage name Ayra Starr, is an Afrobeats artist nominated for a Grammy. She has disclosed that she has never experienced love.

The “Rush” singer disclosed that she has never been in love and would genuinely love to go through it in a recent interview with Dazed Magazine.

Ayra Starr, who posed for the cover of the latest issue of the British leisure magazine, claimed that she had never been in a committed relationship despite being referred to as a “lover girl.”

“I’m hoping to find love. I imagined what love would look like if I was in “Lagos Love Story.” Deep down, I’m a lover girl; I’m just really stubborn about it. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

“I’ve put myself out there and I’ve tried to see what’s there but I don’t think I’ve had the time. I’ve been working since I was 15, I was modelling, I was doing university, and now I’m on the road.

“It’s me just enjoying myself as a girl. I’m like, let me sing to a cute boy today and I’m looking around because I can – why not?”
