He was just being plain stupid. If someone else had made the mistake as well, one will say maybe they didn't hear biggie well. A simple, clear and unambiguous instruction. He was there thinking of Anita's nyash

Nobody wants to be the ultimate villain in BBN like Pere or CeeCee or Tacha or Ike-dubaku!
