The petition has been withdrawn so it is wrong to say that DSS/Police arrested him because of a petition.

DSS remains a useless organization that recruits dumb folks to work for them.

Sentiment aside. He was supposed to be arrested at the scene. Aviation rules does not tolerate actions that would disrupt services at airports. Otherwise terrorists will take over our airports.

Nobody cannot be arrested and no one is above the law but you don't arrest people unjustly just because you feel like arresting people. In a saner clime, unjust and illegal arrest attracts heavy punishment if found to be so. You don't infringe on people's rights with no cogent reason as law enforcer. Breached of people's rights have attendant repercussion in the law court. It makes no sense arbitrarily arresting faces you detest.
This is common in our clime and we have seen it as normal and even give support to those doing it and we call the country constitutional country.

There is nothing illegal in apprehending someone who intends to run away from allegations they are being charged instead of facing it. Sanusi too wanted to run away.

Military don't rule by constitution, they rule by statute and orders, hence they are not guided by constitutional law as we have in a democracy. That's why people say, the worst democracy is far better than best military regime.
Military regime can change orders at anytime. They can give an order in the morning and in the evening they change it to another thing. So, asking this kindergarten question make me weak that you know nothing.
