A course is taught by at least 5 different lecturers.

The one you sorted or paid may have just a question to mark, as each question is answered on a separate booklet or answer sheet.
Ok. But u know we are in Nigeria and not abroad. So, anything is possible.
Don't be confident that a lecturer will never collect bribe.
The most honest man u think will never do such will shock u someday.

I dnt understand this slot you talking about...u mean if they want 20 students in d next class & 20 or less it must be even if 30 passed?
What you mean everybody read like no tomorrow,is it not about answering questions correctly?
Ur first question: yes. Many medical schools out of greed take it many students. If they want 70 students in year 2 for example, even if the student reached the normal cut off mark, they will raise it so that even those that passed before can fail.... In order to have 70 students move into the next level frm a total of let's say, 300. So 130 students can pass and be eligible to cross over, but they need 70. So 60 have to go one way or another. And it goes on like that to the next level.
I entered medical school into a class of about 600 students in year 1. I leave the rest to ur imagination.

Ur 2nd question: yes, but because a student didn't answer correctly, doesn't mean that student no sabi book o. In fact if them reset the questions again differently, the other person wey pass before fit fail, cos it's just too broad. And the teaching method in naija be like concentration camp.
Some topics that should take months to teach abroad can be taught in 2 weeks in Nigeria. Example is 'stomach and abdomen'. It can be taught in 2 weeks and u have to read everything.

Not only medical students, check out other departments and see the ways girls are graduating with pant and bra exposed and student will be signing on it, this shows the level of decadence in our higher institution, some of our girl go into higher institution for the purpose of going to nysc and not for the education, so they try everything humanly possible to get out, even if it's takes sucking dicks and fucking lecturers everyday. One day corruption will collapse this country is just a function of time

If she couldn't sleep with the rest, she could sort them instead.
After sorting, it will shock you that it might be another lecturer that will mark your scripts, so even the one you paid won't have a say. Also note that medical exams are more of practical, that's why you need to have a teaching hospital before you can take in medical students.

Lies
In my class, we had a man and woman who were both close to 50 years.
I entered medical school with direct entry, meaning I did a course before medicine, so I was older than most people in my class, and I wasn't the only DE student. What I'm trying to say is that, it's not possible for your girlfriend to be the oldest in your imaginary school
Not what I meant am talking about the duration she had stayed, is like yrs now, not her age

There's a lecturer in Umudike demanding sex from final year students. I won't mention his name now or department but if he insists, I will even show his pictures.

Lecturer leak questions
Students sleep with lecturers
Students pay lecturers

And after 6 yrs lives will be entrusted in their hands
No school is free of this
No school - be it North or South
You are either a victim or culprit or you do not understand what it takes to be a doctor.

Yes, a student can sleep with a lecturer. Yes, some lecturers can leak questions... But you can't conclude based on those things.

I’m not really interested in those qualifications, as I'm content being a business person.

However, poor writing skills are a significant concern for a medical doctor. It can seriously impact your ability to communicate with patients, which may lead life-threatening mistakes.

I strongly recommend working on your English.

Anyways , my younger sister has double degrees in pharmacology and medicine, and she's available if you'd like to connect for advice or support.

Thanks

What op said is nothing but the truth. A case study of one private university in South South (name withheld) were I work as the confidential secretary to the CMD. Medical students tried to offer me anything money can buy. Guys no joke, final year student offers me 1m I refuse. Who knows maybe my boss what to test my integrity. Some came to offer me material things I still refuse. Shockingly, lecturers whose children study Medicine came too I refuse.

But we were shock the day of the exam, while in the hall they were copying from their phones, expo, and laps. Omor, I seized phone tire. Those we caught start mentioning how they got it because the MD and school authority told them that will be the end of their journey if they refuse to open up how they came about the exam questions.

Guys, this one will say my girlfriend game me. The girl will say my best friend gave me, they keep mentioning names until we now find out it was the Director of Admin (DA) son who is a final year is the root of the expo. Then his father job, mother was in the line. Then he open up that they contributed money 1.6m to two lecturers to get get it.

All the student involved and lecturers were expelled. Infact, they want to implicate me too but I didn't know my boss has already tested me with two students that came with 1m each to bribe me and I turn it down. Infact, I even informed him that some student are bribeing me to lick the papers. I'm the one that type all their exam questions.

So shirts happen in medical students exam. I finally left the school to a better opportunity.

It happens
But trust me, less than 10% of medical students engage in such.
And those people usually don't eventually graduate or if they graduate don't practice.

That's why if they eventually get employed in a hospital, the put the life of the patient at risk.

I know one that gave an injection to a 6months old pregnant woman who was sick of malaria and made her miscarry her baby.
I don't know whether she doesn't know that pregnant women are fragile and not all malaria drugs are recommended for pregnant women.

I have seen this happen in a renown hospital . I and wifey just exchanged glances . How can you google my symptoms ? Why don’t I do same and go to a lab for tests and let them tell me what is wrong . This is why people should always seek a second opinion before taking drugs the administer.

One thing I like about bill gates move to digitalize medical records is the ability it creates to share the records without hassle with better professionals for second or third opinions

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Let's say a registrar/SR should do that, it's still not enough to pass an exam that is divided into MCQ/true or false, theory, OSCE/Clinicals and lastly viva.
Seriously, how many den won leakhuh?

I feel it ,they make medicine very stressful course, you attend lectures from morning till 3pm and the next day d lecturer is giving you shotgun giving when you hardly have time to cook,wash,read... lecturers crash a one month course in 5days.
In saner clime medical students are on scholarship, accomodated with free food, textbooks & laundry taken care of...so that they will not have any distraction.

A professional confidential secretary will not come out to divulge information like this. Your primary aim is to protect information. Don't use official or privilege information as illustration to support claim next time.

Kayceo2010:
I'm a medical student, to be honest, even though you pay or sleep with any lecturer, one person can't pass you on any course. The way it's structured, over 8 lecturers handle one course, and it's usually mixed with male and female lecturers. How many do you think you'll sleep with just to pass if one lecturer only has 10 marks to give out, out of 60 marks required to pass. It's usually difficult to pay or sleep with lecturers to pass in medical school. Trust me

Edit: one of our students wey be VC pikin failed one course, heaven no fall, he had to repeat. Medical school doesn't follow any rules given by the school. Even their exam time table sometimes differs from that of the school in general.
I believe you, it's difficult
