. Do you know what refutation means? You claimed Premium Times had retracted their earlier publication, I asked for proof, you sent an article to cement what I've been stating since yesterday. Oga go and read the article properly and show me where they retracted anything. What made OVH, a private company linked to the president, change its name to NNPC? Why did they dissolve the initial Company NNPC Retail? If NNPC Retail acquired OVH as they've been claiming since 2023, shouldn't it be OVH dissolving its assets and transferring to NNPC retail? Why is it the other way round?

Wallahi I'm dissapointed in this response. I really wanted you to prove me wrong that Tinubu and his family have not stolen downstream NNPC, but this your response angry

How has tinubu captured NNPC retail it's very clear that tinubu's oando had already divested from ovh since 2019.....OVH was acquired in 2022 before tinubu was president.

OVH had more assets than NNPC retail in the downstream......take that to the bank.

It's clearly stated even in your evidence that the acquisition was stated in stages and the final stage is where the name has been reverted back to NNPC retail with all parties approaching the courts to enforce.....many are just screaming blue murder without really comprehending the details.

NNPC retail still exists as that entity and this much as been adduced to buy your information purveyor as recent as last week......the CAC portal more often than not isn't real time and usually doesn't update information immediately,this much I know,check back in a few days to verify.

What I expect you to be telling us is how tinubu or is cronies are attached to the NNPC retail board which you still haven't been able to proof beyond hearsay.
