Yes. His tenure at Nigerian breweries was marked by heavy losses and stagnation same as sterling bank. Upon the penury in his hometown of Ewohimi,he has never lifted a finger to support them. He was economic adviser to Edo govt for 12 years without any positive effect

I told people that Akpata is going to do very well in the election and I am damn sure about that.Forget anything you see at the campaign picture, Olumide won't get 15% vote in esan.

Esan people votes,is going to be shared between APC and PDP,with APC having the edge there.APC is going to get majority of the votes in Edo North.As for Edo South if the federal government can truly tame Obaseki's thugs on election day,LP is going to pick Oredo, Egor and ikpoba okha.APC will pick the two ovia lgas and orhionwon and PDP may pick uhunwode LGA. Ovia northeast may end up in the purse of PDP,but the votes are going to be shared among APC LP and PDP.

Very elated that Obi has changed the dynamics in Edo state with his presence and supporting akpata!
I have said this before,electorates must start being wise when making the decision of who to vote!
My mantra is simple.....vote for a candidate that you can chase out if they are not performing due to the fact that they don't have structure!

The problem with voting a candidate with a party that has structure is that they can never be corrected or do what pleases the people and will remain loyal and respectful to their party leaders and godfathers instead of the people of Edo state....

Let's check PDP for instance....ighodalo might be a manageable choice but let's not forget that he is heavily fronted and sponsored by his godfather current governor Obaseki and even when he doesn't perform,as long as he is in good terms with his godfather,he will likely win a second term...which implies that when pushing comes to shove,he will remain loyal to his godfather to the detriment of the people of Edo state!

Same can be said about APC.....okpebolo is heavily sponsored by former governor Adams oshiomole and we cannot deny the fact that okpebolo who may have issues expressing himself may just be a figure head as Adams may likely the the one orchestrating the leadership of Edo state!

For the very fact that the candidates from APC and PDP may likely be subservient to their respective godfathers is enough reason why they shouldn't be any where near the governance of Edo state!

Edo people should be wise enough to vote for a candidate,aside that of apc and PDP, that they can demand for what they want in terms of true governance so that for the first time,power should finally return to the people as it should be!

We think alike... But I am seeing a lot of LP voters in Auchi,Owan and Akoko Edo who might harm APC. I just hope they are originally of pdp....
Don't underestimate LP in esan, obi won there last year which means they are many lp voters there...what will suppress them is the esan agenda...

I am not seeing any pdp activity in uhumnwonde but I am seeing a concerted effort by APC to win that LGA plus the allegations that obaseki who is from there neglected them... But I can see some efforts by pdp chairman in Orhiomnwon hon ugiagbe and Iyamu to win Orhiomnwon so I think aoc might win both or win uhumnwonde...

I still fear Benin metropolis.... Obaseki might forcefully rig there or the people might just turn up for pdp which will put APC at the back foot.

Lp can't win a single polling unit in edo north. Obi didn't, I don't see Akpata doing it.

Only few people in Oshiomole's village will vote that illiterate comedian Okpebholo. In any case both him and PDP's Asue Ighodalo are both from Esan. So they will share votes from there while Akpata from Benin which produces the largest votes will carry the day.
