This only happen when the people have not met foreigners with dark skin much, they only see it on TV and most TV especially then don't show good image of dark skin Africans.

Now Chinese people in rural areas hardly come across foreigners so they feel somehow or even insecure when they see Africans based on the propaganda they have been fed from TV.

I have met and done business with Chinese in a neutral country, they are open when compared to Chinese in China.
