You should have taken the game to spurs like they did to you ...

What were you guys scared of??

Give me one tangible reason why arteta should be parking the bus against Tottenham, small Tottenham since you guys are superior...

😏😏😏
You that took the game to Nottingham yesterday in your turf, please remind me the scores again

So happy for the win, I commend Arteta for his tactics and the entire backline, kudos to them and to the whole team and special praise to Nicholas Jover.

Unto the next game, a game at a time✌️

Short appearance but my boy Nwaneri looked clean. He eased things a little bit when we had possession. I love how forward thinking he is and the confidence he showed today.

Arsenal have played 990’ minutes away from home in the Premier League in 2024.

They’ve not been behind for a single minute.

In that time, they’ve won ten out of 11 away games, suffered zero defeats, only conceded three goals and kept nine clean sheets.

In 2024 Arsenal are the best team away from home in the world. No team has a better record.

Impressive!

If Saka continues this Run of form wrt Assists, and Odegaard doesn't at least track behind him for Assists, and/or goals, the stick might just follow odegaard gradually.

That counter chance he singlehandedly created would have banged if Kai was smart enough to be onside. That would have been a sweet way to mark a debut.

Did anybody see the video of one of our mascot boys going to push away the Tottenham mascot boys in the dressing room? 😂. The boy didn’t want the Tottenham boys taking to our players or shaking hands with them.

The boy already hates spurs from childhood grin

The funny thing is that against city last season when we won 1-0, Jorginho played that match and he played it well.

Even yesterday he played well at some point before he just decided to gift the ball away unnecessarily.

That guy will make a good coach sha when he retires from football. He’s all these kind of players that their ability to instruct and influence others surpasses their own footballing ability . He seem to always know what other players should do with the ball , but when he always the ball to himself he doesn’t do as much as he tells others to do when they have the ball.

If that was city yesterday they will score from one of the 2 times he lost possession

Let’s hope Partey will keep fit till the city match , if not it will be inevitable for Jorginho to play in place of Partey .

It should be partey et rice
I wish Nathan start but it's a risk arteta won't take

If timber can work on his injuries and tackles
Calafiori go warm bench tire, na zinny I pity pass unless arteta slot him in midfield he has no place in defence again

One reason I didn't want Nwaneri to start against Spurs is because I don't want him to be overwhelmed and make mistakes. However, the kid I watched yesterday no dey look face. I won't mind starting him against City especially now that Rice will be available.
Na yesterday I finally know why Vieira talk say he wan return to Porto. grin grin grin

And where is Tomiyasu FFS? He is the one suitable for this Lookman assignment. I want White to rest and be ready for Doku.

Slot? I really don't want to talk too early and based on a single game. But for now, make we siddon dey look.
The way Nuno outclassed him at Anfield was admirable. The scoreline would have been higher had it been Odoi and Elanga are elite finisher.

BTW did anybody noticed Solanke preventing a quick start yesterday? The same offence Rice committed but Gillette didn't penalise him.

To be honest, to say I was shock was an understatement for such defeat especially at anfield

Na overtime Partey don dey do so oh! We better find ways to him rest now because baba can’t play the number of consecutive games he is approaching.

I know we are squeezed thin and there isn’t much option, but going forward with options returning, we have to rest him, otherwise na hamstring or any muscle related injury dey load.

That man is so valuable, I mean look at the way him and him fellow Senior Citizen Jorg handle that Spuds midfield yesterday.
