Good evening people, pls builders in the house, I have 20m and intend to start a 5 bedroom duplex building project. What level can it take me? Land already available. Is it advisable to start this project? Note that it's a 1 storey building |

vitality22:It'll take it to the parapet level(without roofing) if you buy materials by yourself and monitor closely. It took 42m to get to the level in the attached picture(a 2storey building of 2bd flats with 3toilets per flat).
